As a co- founder and principal of AISG, Tom applies a creative approach to helping independent financial professionals successfully develop their financial practices. Tom has supported hundreds of financial professionals in discovering new markets and developing strategies to penetrate those markets. As a result, those professionals have continued to reach milestone goals and achieve greater satisfaction in their profession.

Tom has more than 50 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to cofounding AISG, Tom managed an OSJ under other Broker Dealers.

Tom serves as a featured speaker throughout the Northwest on a wide range of topics, including strategies for building a financial advisory practice, as well as various aspects of business, estate and financial planning.

Tom holds the Chartered Life Underwriter^® (CLU^®) and Chartered Financial Consultant^® (ChFC^®) designations and has passed the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 exams. He has been a member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for more than 40 years and is also active in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and Finseca (formerly known as AALU).
